Yryskeldi Ashyrov Miskinbekovich as our newest member from Kyrgyzstan 🇰🇬.

From Competition to Coaching
Yryskeldi’s path in Taekwon-Do ITF began in 2009, when he competed in the Bishkek City
Taekwon-Do Championship and won 1st place. Following that achievement, he continued training
under coach Alai Zhamboyev, where Taekwon-Do became not only a sport, but a foundation for
values, discipline, and personal development.
Over the years, he became a winner of multiple international tournaments, gaining valuable experience that he now
applies daily in his coaching work. Since 2020, he has been serving as a coach with the
Federation of Original Taekwon-Do ITF of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Building a Gym for Local Youth
In 2020, together with local youth in his home village, Yryskeldi helped open a sports gym and was
appointed as coach. His work focuses on guiding children and adolescents through Taekwon-Do with an emphasis on
discipline, respect, responsibility, and strength of character.
Inclusive Taekwon-Do at the Heart
A special place in his professional activity is dedicated to Inclusive Taekwon-Do.
He currently trains children with cerebral palsy (CP), some of whom have been training with him for
over a year. He does not view inclusive sport in terms of limitations—but as a powerful opportunity for
growth, confidence, and personal realisation.

Leadership Beyond the Dojang
Yryskeldi is also actively involved in public life, serving as a deputy of the local council,
Chairman of Youth Affairs of the Sokuluk District, and Chairman for Sports and Youth Policy
of the Z. Kainazarov villages. He uses these platforms to promote inclusive sport and support the creation of
accessible training environments.
Vision for Kyrgyzstan
Within the framework of cooperation with IITA, Yryskeldi’s goal is to develop Inclusive Taekwon-Do
sections throughout Kyrgyzstan—from rural areas to major cities—and to engage governmental and public institutions
in recognising the importance of inclusive sport.
